P "Belmedtechnika" in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus on public procurement is the organizer in the implementation of public procurement of medical devices, spare parts for them, performing on behalf of the customer part of his functions for the organization and conduct of public procurement procedures.
Based on the results of the conducted public procurement procedures, UP "Belmedtechnika" is authorized to conclude contracts on its behalf with the winning participants (participants in the procurement procedure from one source).
Customers, based on the results of procurement procedures conducted by UP "Belmedtechnika", have the right not to conduct public procurement procedures when purchasing medical devices and spare parts for them from UP "Belmedtechnika".
